Winter Strength!

Achoo! Winter is here and with it comes all the nasty bugs and germs most often associated with the cold. We want to keep you fighting strong so you can banish away the colds and flus of the season so we’ll be sharing our top tips, products and secrets to boost your immunity.

1. Boost your immunity through your diet

Your diet plays a huge role in boosting your immune system. Fruits and vegetables are essential in providing you with the vitamins and antioxidants important to keeping the bag bugs at bay. But if you struggle with getting your 2 fruit and 5 veg, there are many other ways to add the good stuff to your diet. Supplements containing natural nutrients like echinacea, garlic, vitamin C, and zinc will help to support healthy immune function.

2. Sweat it out

It’s always a little harder to get moving in the cold but exercising is an important part in a healthy lifestyle. Recent studies have shown that moderate level regular exercise has a long term effect on boosting the immune system and reduces the amount of colds that come your way. So start stepping!
